I feel like i have major boogies. I have blown my nose so hard that I think parts of my brain have come out. Digging doesnt help. Plus when I do it when I drive people can watch which is gross. I have tried to use my saline wash and now my nose is just salty. I need a nose picking device maybe with a gel tip that is pliable but can really pick.
