Spinach soup doesn't sound appetizing does it? In fact, you are completely correct. I had spinach soup to start brunch and it was horrible. It was pureed spinach heated through. It tasted like when you are in the ocean and get wrapped in kelp and you gulp in that water...salty, earthy and very chlorophyll tasting. In other words yuck.
When I saw it on the menu I thought it would be good. The waitress said it was vegan and organic. This combination of words now means yuck to me. Finally if you are making food please add salt.
