A Dutch Baby is a sweet Yorkshire pudding. They are light and warm and served for breakfast. You can top with fruit, powdered sugar and what ever you like.
In my over ranking of foods I like. It goes, #1 Lechon, #2 Dutch Baby, #3 Peking Duck, #4 Crab Cakes, #5 Rice. These things rock.
