My Vacation Continues...

I tried a lite form of Yoga/Tai Chi during my Very Gonzales/Escalante Hawaiian Vacation.  It was fun but the made us do a massage line...gross.

So I told myself that that intro would be a launch pad for Bikram Yoga.

So I should up for the 900am class with three other beginners.  Sweet!  I wouldn't look like a complete asshole.  I got a mat, a towel, by big still made in Fiji water and got ready in the locker room.

105 degrees and 56% humidity.  The perfect Bikram environment.  The room smells.  Everyone looks fit and there are two dudes peacocking.

This was not easy.  Its like hiking switchback in August.  It's like going out on a stormy day and the line up is a couple of hundred hards out and the surf is pounding.  I felt like I was body surfing Sandy's and I got drilled face first into the sand and my feet flipped over my head.  I think they call that camel pose or something.

Im a big guy and what is the deal with grabbing my feet.  i got my bear stomach to lose before I can pull that off better.

I do feel like every vertebrae has been cracked and i feel relaxed.  In the end I kind of liked it a lot.

I will go again and it is a million times better than the gym.
