The burger was actually huge, half a pound precooking. The egg when i fried it spread out. The gravy im torn, i like gravy but it always seems like it overwhelms everything.
Tabasco is ok i prefer worchestershire sauce. I need to make my own gravy. That is why the drizzle is better, but you need to drizzle in layers. Like a little gravy on the rice, burger more gravy, egg, more gravy. too much gravy overwhelms.

That is a big burger, must have been a huge egg. Heh. Gravy dude! It's what makes the Loco Moco. Better have had tabasco on that sucker as well.
