Best and Worst

I have a personal tradition.   During any birthday gathering, the celebrant shares the best and worst of the year.  We ate at Agraria/Farmers and Fishers for my b-day and i'll review that soon.  The question came up and i dodged it.

The best and worst tradition started from my first workplace, where during your birthday lunch you shared with everyone what were the years highs and lows.  Best and worst of the year helps to put your year in perspective and helps you to keep moving forward.

So for this year...  It has been tough all around and I tend to absorb and emotioonalize all problems but I have also made a major paradigm shift in my ways of thinking....

Worst: My Friend Tim was Murdered, Family Unemployment, Car Broken into, Car Engine Troubles, Democratic Majority, Tea Party, No Smooches

Best: Gym as a Fun Place, Healthcare Reform, Reclaiming Oysters, Banoffee Pie, Finally Understanding Health is Wealth, No More Daily Desires to Smoke.
